What to send
- The speed and consumption claim as submitted by charterers
- The charter party speed and consumption warranties, good weather definition and weather routing clause (or the full C/P)
- Voyage noon reports for the relevant sea passage(s)
- Any prior correspondence on the claim, if relevant
