- Calculations ready for your review — structured for direct use in correspondence with charterers
- If the counterparty challenges the calculation, we re-examine the data and update the analysis where required

If you proceed:
We prepare the full analysis, calculations, and a technical report. The claim may require revisions before it is settled. We do not charge anything until the claim is settled.
Once settled: 15% of the reduction achieved.
Calculated on the difference between the initial claim amount and the final settled amount. Nothing else.
